Summer 2025: reduced rates as new house is being built on neighbouring land.
Weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday, including VAT, heating, electricity, water, WLAN-internet. 1 parking space in the underground car park. Arrival between 5 – 7 pm, departure by 10 am. Non-smoking apartment.
Minimum stay over Christmas/New Year: 10-12 nights
Minimum stay over February sports week: 2 weeks or surcharge CHF 300-- for 1 week stay.
Handling charge CHF 60.–, final cleaning CHF 200.–. Bed, bath, and kitchen linen CHF 30.– per person and set. Guest tax per person, per night: CHF 5.50 Children free up to their 12th birthday. On order in advance: child’s cot CHF 40.– (without linen), high chair CHF 25.–.
Cancellation insurance 4.5 % of the rental fee.
Payment conditions
One third of the total amount within 10 days after booking. Balance payment 1 month prior to your arrival.
