Stairs to the house entrance, entry with wardrobe, access to the two almost identical 1-bedroom apartments. One with well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and slightly larger living room on the 1st floor, the second in the attic. Each has: one double bedroom (2 mattresses), living/dining room with sofa/sofabed that can be converted into a double bed, open fireplace, digital TV, WLAN Internet, modern, bath/shower, sep. WC, wonderful south-west-facing balcony with magnificent mountain view. On the ground floor there are two additional bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), 1 shower with washing machine/dryer, sep. WC. Non-smoking house.
Your outdoor area:
The wonderful garden (idyllic and peaceful by a meadow and small stream) invites to relax and to play outside. In winter the great snow-covered landscape can be enjoyed and perhaps snowmen or even an igloo will be built.
The south-west-facing balconies offer a stunning view over the valley and surrounding mountains.
Parking availability:
A garage place for 1 car and 2 parking places outside belong to the house.

Location:
The house Casa Vuolp lies in an privileged, elevated, absolutely sunny, quiet and peacefull position, surrounded by wonderful nature. Only a few steps away: free ski bus (6 times a day during the season) to the centre/to the Gotschna cable car. Lovely walks and a great toboggan run start right in front of the door. The centre of Klosters Platz with Gotschnabahn, as well as various shops, restaurants and train station, ice rink/tennis, cross-country skiing (in summer outdoor pool, golf course) can be reached in approx. 20 walking minutes, or in 3-5 minutes by car or bus.

Price info:
Weekly prices from Friday to Friday, New Year: rental rate for 9 nights, including VAT, heating, electricity, water, WLAN internet use, 1 car space in the garage, 2 places outside.
Arrival between 5 – 7 pm, departure by 10 am.
Additional costs:
Handling charge CHF 60.–, , final cleaning CHF 320.–, bed, bath, and kitchen linen CHF 30.– per person and change. Guest tax per person, per night: CHF 5.50, children free up to their 12th birthday, On order in advance: child’s bed (without linen), high chair, Pets on request extra charge CHF 50.–/stay. Cancellation insurance 4.5 % of the rental fee. In the period from May 1st - Oct. 30th for one-week bookings only, surcharge of Fr. 200.- on weekly price.
