Superbly situated in the heart of Klosters and the glorious alpine setting. One can comfortably do without a car. Sunny, bright, modern and stylishly furnished high-quality apartment for relaxing holidays.

Prime location in Klosters! Sunny, quiet and right in the middle! All important infrastructure such as the Gotschnabahn, shops, restaurants, cross country trails, Snowgarden, walking paths, the Klosters Arena with skating rink, „Strandbad“, tennis are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The church of St. Jakob, the old town hall with library, a butcher’s shop and the bus stop Kirchplatz (with regular connections to the station/Gotschnabahn or Madrisabahn) are only a few steps away.

Price info:

Weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday, including VAT, heating, electricity, water, WLAN-internet. 1 parking space in the underground car park. Arrival between 5 – 7 pm, departure by 10 am. Non-smoking apartment.
Minimum stay over Christmas/New Year: 10-12 nights
Minimum stay over February sports week: 2 weeks or surcharge CHF 400--, i.e. CHF 200.-- (in summer) for 1 week stay.

Additional costs:

Handling charge CHF 60.–, final cleaning CHF 250.–. Bed, bath, and kitchen linen CHF 30.– per person and set. Guest tax per person, per night: CHF 5.50 Children free up to their 12th birthday. On order in advance: child’s cot CHF 40.– (without linen), high chair CHF 25.–. Cancellation insurance 4.5 % of the rental fee.
