Shared facilities:

Location:

The houses Fracstein and Solavers are multi-family dwellings with about 12 apartments each and a common underground garage, swimming pool and sauna. Very good, central, sunny and quiet site. The Landquart river and the Rhaetian Railroad separate the houses from the foot of the Gotschna mountain. Stores, restaurants, the railway station, the Gotschnabahn and bus station are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Cross country trails, skating rink, hiking trails, tennis courts, and the outdoor swimming pool are within 10 minutes walking distance.
