Location:

The houses Fracstein and Solavers are multi-family dwellings with about 12 apartments each and a common underground garage, swimming pool and sauna. Very good, central, sunny and quiet site. The Landquart river and the Rhaetian Railroad separate the houses from the foot of the Gotschna mountain. Stores, restaurants, the train station, the Gotschnabahn and bus station are all within 5 minutes by foot. Cross country trails, skating rink, hiking trails, tennis courts, and the outdoor swimming pool are within 10 minutes by foot.

Price info:

Weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay 2 week over Christmas/New Year, including VAT, heating, electricity, water, WLAN. 1 garage place in the underground garage no 11, use of swimming pool. Apartment key transfer 5 – 7 pm, return until 10 am. Non-smoking apartment.
Christmas/New Year: minimum stay 2 weeks.
