From the living-room and from the extra bed-room you have acces to a big westfacing balcony (overlooking the street-side), from the kitchen you have acces to a slim southfacing balcony. You get a stunning view on the beautiful mountains and the neighbourly houses with well-known restaurants and hotels. From the east-side a small brook, a meadow, sometimes horses from the neighborly horse carridge farm, border on the house.
According to the length of the car there are 1-2 outdoor parking lots (one car behind an other).
