The houses Fracstein and Solavers are family dwellings situated centrally in a quiet and sunny area in Klosters Platz. The houses share an underground garage, swimming pool and sauna. The river Landquart and the Rhaetian railway line separate the houses from the bottom of the Gotschna Mountain. Shops, restaurants, the railway station, the Gotschna cable car and bus station are all within 5 minutes by foot. Cross country trails, ice rink, walking paths, tennis courts and the open air swimming pool are within 10 minutes by foot.
